Employee Appreciation DINNER 2024

At Baynum Solutions, our phenomenal team is the reason for our success. Each year we host a Company Appreciation Dinner to recognize and celebrate our employees who continually represent ‘The Baynum Way’.

A NIGHT IN LIGHTS

With our founder, Chris’s passion for collecting and admiring vintage signs, The American Sign Museum was the perfect backdrop for our event. Starting the evening with hors d’oeuvres and cocktails down the Main St. gallery, giving colleagues the opportunity to relax and laugh together.

As the night went on, employees shifted to the stunning dining hall, where the camaraderie and stories continued, as a slideshow showcased this year’s top moments. Settled in with workmates, family members, and yummy food the Employee Appreciation Awards began.

The highlight of the evening was the anticipated Employee Appreciation Awards. Voted on by their peers, these deserving recipients exhibited superior performance this year.

These individuals have exemplified “The Baynum Way” in their day-to-day work, and we are incredibly proud to have them as part of our Baynum family. Each award was met with applause and cheers, as our team members recognized the extraordinary dedication and hard work of their peers.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this event unforgettable. It was a night filled with celebration, honoring our team’s hard work, dedication, and the strong sense of community that defines Baynum Solutions as an exceptional place to work.

"Over the past 30 years, in my role as the Purchasing Agent/Facilities Manager with the City of Newport, as well as, in my current role, as the Chairperson of the Campbell County Courthouse Commission, I have had the opportunity to work with Baynum Solutions of Newport, KY. Our most recent collaboration, which was completed at the historic Campbell County Courthouse, involved the complete restoration of the clock and bell tower that sits atop the courthouse, a project that was long overdue adn much needed. The existing clock, prior to the restoration, were nonfunctional adn the tower was unsafe to enter due to the deteriorated flooring. I worked direction with Mr. John Andrews, Senior Vice President of Baynum Solutions, on this project, and the professionalism and attention to detail, provided by both John, and his team, far exceeded my expectations. I found that, as I had experienced previously during our many projects together over the years, Baynum Solutions' main focus remains quality work and complete customer satisfaction."
